Easy Pay Enterprise (EPE) enables HR and Finance professionals to manage payroll and HR processes effectively, accurately, and in compliance with selected SE Asian country’s labor and income tax regulations. EPE is a comprehensive, multi-country compliant, and affordable mid-range payroll solution. It is designed for companies that want to:
- Automate and integrate payroll, HR processes, and employee self service,
- Integrate their HR and payroll with their general ledger and other applications
- Manage and integrate HR processes and data across selected countries,
- Pay a reasonable price for only the functionality they need, and only when they need it.
Creative meets these requirements by offering a locally developed product with modular design and standard multiple country support.

- Modular Design:
EPE’s modular design enables customers to fix the most urgent problems first and add to the system later. Each of the modules interface with the same database and act as a single application when used together, but each can also be used separately.
- Flexibility:
EPE’s customization and administration utilities enable customers to create or modify fields, features, formulas, reports, pay elements and security rights at will. EPE enables these changes to be made at the configuration level without requiring source code change, so the customizations can be carried forward to future versions. This tailoring instead of coding approach also saves months and thousands of dollars in customization costs for our customers with unique needs. In both the payroll and HR modules, company-specific rules and procedures can be built into each database. Outsourcers and MNCs can use one instance of EPE to support the differing procedures and rules of separate clients or regional subsidiaries.
- Scalability:
EPE’s client / server architecture enables secure, robust management of large data sets while the web based front end of ePortal enables each employee in the enterprise to retrieve and update information and make requests / approvals for leave, claims and resources.
- Integration:
EPE contains both payroll and HR specific modules. Of course, each of these modules utilizes the same database and work together as one, unified application. Beyond this internal integration, EPE also offers smooth integration to any third party accounting or HR system via its Interface and Import Designer modules. As EPE utilizes a standard SQL database design, ODBC connectivity to EPE’s import and export tables is also available.
- e-banking / e-government:
EPE’s Lodgment management capabilities allows for integration with the e-submission system of major banks and government institutions. In Singapore, EPE enables direct, in-application connectivity to National Service Payment Centre and the Central Provident Fund.

EPE is offered on both perpetual license and utility pricing plans to meet the financial objectives of each client. |
